TRUE COO: Christ Over Us
At The Wooden Ladder, we recognize Christ as the true CEO/COO — the One who governs (Chief Operating Officer) every movement, every flow, and every function beneath His leadership. He orchestrates the unseen rhythms of stewardship, ensuring that our operations reflect His order, peace, and purpose. We move under His covering, respond to His timing, and align our systems with His Spirit. Christ is over us — in authority, in wisdom, and in care.
The Stewards of The Wooden Ladder provide prayerful leadership and trusted oversight for this ministry. They help protect the vision, guide our direction, and ensure that every direction reflects integrity, wisdom, and God’s heart. Their role is simple but sacred: to support, safeguard, and strengthen the mission so lives can be lifted, one rung at a time.
