About Me
Led by God and carried through obedience, I serve as a vessel for the work He’s unfolding through The Wooden Ladder. I’m Felicia “Faye” Thomas, and I help individuals rediscover who they are in Christ so they can walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose. Through compassionate, faith-centered coaching, I create space for healing, clarity, and transformation to take root. God entrusted me with this vision, and I believe like-minded individuals will join me in carrying it forward through our Council of Stewards.

To see hearts restored, lives transformed, and generations strengthened through Christ-centered emotional wellness. I envision a community of believers who are equipped, empowered, and spiritually grounded —walking in clarity, confidence, and the fullness of who God created them to be.
The Heart Behind The Wooden Ladder
At The Wooden Ladder, individuals are guided on their spiritual journeys through compassionate coaching rooted in scripture and personal experiences. Luke 14:23 states, "And the lord said to the servant, go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled." This is a welcoming space where hearts are healed, lives are transformed, and individuals are empowered to walk boldly in their God-given purpose — reaching the highways and hedges to invite all into the fullness of God’s house.
